Corso Interior Architecture designs cozy interior for Rozzis bistro in Melbourne

Rozzis is an Italian canteen located on a corner site within the fashion capital, Chadstone Shopping Centre. The venue was designed by a multidisciplinary design practice Corso Interior Architecture.

“With a high volume of pedestrian traffic it was vital that the food display presented on the mall line. Our team created a prominent back drop with the inclusion of an arc baffled ceiling sculpture. The sculpture mimics the semi open kitchen screen and provides the focal point of the interior. The ceiling sculpture assists with sound reverberation. In conjunction with the arches, carefully selected textures were added through the use of tile layering, timber veneers, planting and patterned floors. The custom-made centred communal table is wrapped by banquette seats to ensure all dining options are well positioned and that each and every location feels the same as one another,” explained Corso Interior Architecture
