PPT Interiorismo designed a bar at the famous Barceloneta beach
Amarre 69 is a gastrobar one minute away from the Barceloneta beach in Barcelona. The menu is inspired by the neighborhood’s seafaring tradition offering quality food and drink in a welcoming and cosmopolitan atmosphere. The interior was designed by PPT Interiorismo from Barcelona.
“A small space taken care up to the last detail that combines noble materials, as the wood, the iron and the marble. The concept is inspired by the seaside without falling down in topics, is an urban and Mediterranean concept. A big central bucket dressed in scales of wood reminds the fishermen’s neighborhood and hides the kitchen that is turquoise blue. The principal bar is a wink to the classic bars of la Barceloneta. It is made of marble of Carrara with a drawn spike and the great back bar is made of wood and mirror that generates depth and warmth. A bar imagined for long appetizers, where terrace and interior try to connect, to generate synergies and make both environments coexist with harmony. The blue bathrooms are referring to the sea and the freshness of Barcelona and its beach. All the furniture is made to measure (tables, benches, couches/sofas…). The lights decorate and shine every small spaces of the restaurant,” explains PPT Interiorismo
