A Peek Inside BradoBurger Restaurant in Naples
BradoBurger is a restaurant in Naples, Italy, focused on the quality of used ingredients like meat selected from organic farms or vegetables from organic agriculture. The whole concept was designed by Bilodunk, a design studio based in Naples.
“In January 2017, Bilodunk starts the creation of the concept, following the request of a client to create a format where the product, meats exclusively coming from wild farms, would have main emphasis. The idea of creating a space that seems an elegant restaurant overlooking an old-fashioned butchery is immediately clear at the entrance. The result is a space where transparency is the key and the focal points of the activity can be observed: the cell with exposed meats, the kitchen and the delicatessen, the window with a view on the mains and finally, the cheeses for every palate served on wooden/marble cutting boards. To notice, the selected items remind the classic concept of butchery, as well as the marble empires covering the imposing 5 meter long bench where mains are sorted, artisan beer is tapped and the cash desk is located. Overall, there are 50 seating, well arranged, made of either capitonné sofas or two-tone-style perfect-style chairs. Regarding the cooking, a selection of farmed meats in the wild and raw materials make the offer highly valuable, rich in taste but in agreement with the high standards for health. It was Bilodunk to take care of the concept design, furnitures supply, the mise en place, brand identity and packaging,” says Bilodunk studio
